Idzo stands behind the structural and material integrity of every asset authorized for civilian distribution. In the event of a manufacturing defect, incorrect shipment, or damage sustained in transit, Idzo will initiate the appropriate remediation procedure.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED UNITS

If your asset arrived in a condition inconsistent with Idzo quality standards, contact Idzo Corporate Communications within [X] days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Where relevant, include documentation. Our Materials Review team will assess the claim and determine next steps.

Idzo does not require you to return damaged components. We are aware that nobody wants to mail back a broken piece of chipboard. Please recycle damaged components if you can.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you received an asset you did not order, contact us. We will correct the error. 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Idzo does not offer change-of-mind returns on opened products. Civilian authorization to possess an Idzo asset, once activated, is considered an active commitment. We encourage all prospective acquirers to review product specifications prior to procurement.

Unopened units in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
