REGARDING THE IDZO PRAXIS BUILD SYSTEM
PRECISION ASSEMBLY AND EXTENSIBLE INTERCONNECT STRUCTURES

Corporate Communications has been authorized to release the following information regarding our upcoming asset line.

Idzo build units are constructed by attaching precision-cut organic, carbon-based lattices to a cellulose composite substrate frame. In laymen's terms, chipboard panels are attached to a wood frame.

Assembly is facilitated by the Idzo-proprietary BioDock friction-mount array, requiring no adhesive agents and no mechanical tooling of any kind.

The exterior panel architecture is fully decoupled from the internal structural frame, enabling post-assembly reconfiguration. All components operate within the Idzo PRAXIS Build System, a modular interface standard ensuring cross-asset compatibility across the Idzo catalog.

This technology is, to Idzo's knowledge, without parallel.

The Board declines to elaborate further at this time.
